We produced hats on an ODM basis for global fashion brands including Vera Wang and St. John, joining from the design stage.
The brands required a higher finishing standard than Korean retail. Our design lab took part in early design proposals, and we ran a separate inspection standard matched to each brand.

We supply hats to the EXCHANGE store on the U.S. military base in Yongsan, Seoul — passing inspection to overseas standards.
Sizing and labeling differ from Korean standards, so we keep separate patterns on the U.S. size system, made new English care and origin labels, and upgraded sewing specs to meet inspection. Supply has continued since listing.

We planned and produced merchandise — ball caps, gloves and cup-holder sets — from the planning stage.
A fixed brand guide left little room on material, color and logo method, on a short lead time. We reused existing patterns to cut sample rounds and applied logos by the brand-approved method.
Client: Global coffee franchise (name withheld)
We supplied seasonal hats in a roadshow format touring every Costco branch in Korea.
Sell-through differed by branch, so allocation and replenishment were key. With our own factory we could add production runs quickly to match sales.

Uniform caps for many national parks and geoparks, including Seoraksan, Jirisan and Songnisan.
Outdoor work called for UV protection, park-specific logos embroidered in exact positions, and a fixed budget. We shared one pattern across parks and managed only the embroidery data separately to hold unit cost. Repeat orders followed.

200 logo hats for geopark guides, needing both UV protection and breathability, with a small logo kept crisp.
Client: Mudeungsan National Geopark
Logo caps, wide-brim hats, visors and leather pouches in colorways for pro-shop display — including licensed-brand work with tight logo tolerances.
Thread colors are matched and approved on samples before production; mesh crowns, chin straps and UPF 50+ function tags are applied where the course calls for them.

Tournament dates are fixed, so delivery cannot slip. We secured fabric before order confirmation and prepared logo data in advance to start production early.
